Hey I'm Will Olson. Fitness has been a huge part of my life for the past 4.5 years. From the moment I started lifting, I knew it would play a major role in my future career. Along the way, I discovered that one of my greatest passions is helping others become the best version of themselves.

How does online coaching work? +
After reaching out, you'll complete a detailed onboarding form covering your goals, training history, schedule, and lifestyle. From there, Will builds your fully customized program and nutrition plan. You stay connected through weekly check-ins, form review videos, and direct messaging — all designed to keep you progressing and accountable.
Do I need access to a gym? +
Not necessarily. Programs are built around the equipment you have access to — whether that's a full commercial gym, a home setup, or something in between. Just let Will know your situation during onboarding and everything will be tailored accordingly.
Is this suitable for beginners? +
Absolutely. iWill Coaching is designed for all experience levels. If you're just starting out, Will will build your program from the ground up — teaching you proper technique, form, and the fundamentals of training and nutrition so you build a strong, lasting foundation.
What does a typical week look like as a client? +
Each week you'll follow your custom training program, log your workouts, and submit a weekly check-in update covering progress, energy levels, nutrition adherence, and any questions. Will reviews everything personally and responds with feedback, adjustments, and your next steps. You also have direct access to Will anytime through messaging.
How is iWill Coaching different from just buying a program? +
A generic program doesn't know you. iWill Coaching is fully personalized — your training, your nutrition, your schedule, your goals. You also get ongoing coaching, real accountability, form reviews, and someone who actually responds when you have a question. It's the difference between following a plan and having a coach.
Will my program be adjusted over time? +
Yes. Your program evolves with you. As you progress, Will monitors your performance and makes adjustments to ensure you continue to improve. If something isn't working or life gets in the way, the plan adapts. Nothing is set in stone — flexibility is built into the coaching process.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation? +
Any injuries or limitations are taken into account from day one. Will designs around your body's needs, substituting exercises and adjusting intensity to keep you training safely and effectively. You don't need to be injury-free to start — you just need to be honest about where you're at.
Can I cancel at any time? +
Yes. There are no lock-in contracts or long-term commitments. You can cancel at the end of any billing period. The goal is for you to stay because you're seeing real progress — not because you feel obligated.
